Guest Ratings & Reviews
The room was smaller than expected for the price, but it was modern, very clean, and had decent amenities. However, the room got really hot, affecting my sleep quality. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, offering great service. The location was superb, close to major attractions and public transport, but the noise from an external vent was a bit intrusive. The dining experience was satisfactory, with good options and attentive staff. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few minor drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the modern look of the rooms was appealing, they were very small and lacked natural light, which made them feel cramped. Additionally, the rooms were uncomfortably hot with poor ventilation and a constant buzzing sound. On the bright side, the service was exceptional, with extra friendly and kind staff who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The location was perfect, just off Regent Street and close to Oxford Street, making it convenient for exploring the city. Unfortunately, the dining experience was a letdown with understaffing leading to long wait times and cold food. Despite these setbacks, the facilities were adequate, offering basic amenities. The price may not have been the best value for what was provided.
My stay at this hotel was quite mixed. The location is superb, perfect for exploring London and with plenty of dining options nearby. The rooms, although starting off cold until the heating finally kicked in, could have been more spacious, and the noise from the adjacent guests was quite disturbing despite calling reception multiple times. The service was fantastic, with genuinely helpful staff, but some aspects like the dining experience could have been clearer and more pleasant.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were a bit small and expensive, needing some updating, with issues like gaffer tape on the carpet and a slightly mouldy ceiling. However, the location was excellent, just a short walk to Oxford Street, which was a big plus for exploring the city.
The hotel is in a great location, easy access to shops, tubes, and restaurants. The rooms were a bit tight in size for three people with some maintenance issues, but the second stay was cleaner. The service was pleasant and accommodating. The dining options were limited for the price. The location was excellent, quiet, but experienced noise disturbances from neighboring guests.
